Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zuliem website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
Use of the Site
You may use this site to browse, learn about, and purchase our fragrances for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, or interfering with its normal operation.
Products & Pricing
We take care to display our fragrances and pricing accurately. Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Delivery is free across Pakistan, and any tax is shown at checkout before you confirm. Product photographs and descriptions are a guide — packaging can vary slightly between batches, and a fragrance can wear differently on different skin. Availability is shown on each product: a fragrance marked Out of Stock or Coming Soon cannot be ordered.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. No payment is taken on this website: after you place an order we contact you on the WhatsApp number you gave us to confirm the fragrances, the total and how you will pay. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you. Prices, discounts and availability are always checked again by our system when the order is placed. We may refuse or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or when we cannot reach you to confirm it.
Coupons
Coupon codes are subject to their own conditions (such as a minimum order or expiry date), are checked when the order is placed, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver free of charge anywhere within Pakistan — there is no delivery fee on any order. Orders are hand-packed after confirmation, and delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your address and WhatsApp number are correct — we cannot be responsible for a delay caused by incorrect details.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, tell us when we contact you to confirm the order, or message us on WhatsApp before it is dispatched, and we will cancel it. An order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Fragrance is a sealed personal-care product, so we accept a return in two situations: the bottle arrived damaged, or the wrong product was delivered to you — a fragrance you did not order. Contact us on WhatsApp when the parcel arrives, with the bottle still sealed, and we will replace it or refund it in full. A bottle that has been opened or used cannot be returned. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, product photography, and compositions — is the property of Zuliem and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced without our written permission.
User Accounts
An account is optional — you can order without one. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you notice any unauthorized use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuliem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
